As Chief Marketing Officer at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, I lead national marketing, martech, PR, communications, research, and product development. I oversee a diverse 25-member team based in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, and Vancouver. Together, we deliver innovative marketing and technology solutions to empower our clients, real estate advisors, and employees.
Our team accomplishments include shifting the company to a digital-first strategy across all channels, developing sothebysrealty.ca which achieved a 300%+ increase in website traffic and recognition as one of Canada’s top real estate websites by T360’s T3 Fusion Website Rankings. Our team also launched the company’s proprietary Gateway technology ecosystem, now adopted by 70% of agents, introducing Insight: The Art of Living magazine, and innovated and scaled unique co-operative advertising programs and marketing services nationwide.
Sotheby’s International Realty Canada has also become a recognized authority in Canadian real estate, averaging 2,700+ media placements annually in outlets including Canadian Press, Reuters, Wall Street Journal, The Globe and Mail, Financial Post, BNN, Bloomberg, and regional publications nationwide. This leadership is anchored in the research and authorship of luxury real estate and generational trend reports under my direction.
Previously, I held senior marketing roles in technology, professional services, real estate, and destination marketing with REALTOR.com®, Top Producer Systems, Destination British Columbia, and Cossette with a focus on performance and growth marketing.
For over two decades, I also contributed marketing, PR, and board leadership to non-profit organizations, most recently serving as Chair of the Board for ONE TO ONE Literacy, where I volunteered for nearly 10 years.
